New Order Functionality on the Lardi-Trans Platform
A new tool has been introduced on the Lardi-Trans platform to simplify interaction between participants in the freight transportation market. Companies can now send cargo transportation orders directly to selected partners — without phone calls or messaging apps.
How It Works
For customers:
Create orders directly on the page of the required company — a carrier or freight forwarder. After submitting a request, the contractor will automatically receive a notification about the new order, and once it has been processed, you will receive a response notification with the result.
For contractors:
New orders are displayed in the leads section. You can view the request details and quickly accept or reject an order in just a few clicks, without unnecessary coordination.
How to Get Started
To receive orders through the platform, a company needs to activate order acceptance in its profile.
Go to the Settings section to start receiving orders in your company.
